Hi everyone and welcome to the Loves Rubber Stamps Sensational Sunday Blog Hop

So for today, the Design Team has created some gorgeous projects for your Inspiration. Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, each stop will have a full list of links. One of the Design Team posts is the hop's Sensational Sunday Sweet Spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to be in a monthly drawing for a $20 Loves Rubberstamps Gift Voucher!  We will draw the winner of the Voucher the 1stSunday of each month! Remember, you have until 8:00 pm CST Saturday to leave your comments!

Thank you all for your wonderful comments the last time I created the Gorjuss Girls Decoupage card! I had so much fun with the decoupage, I have decided to create a new decoupage for today. This time I created an altered notebook:

I used the Gorjuss Girls Decoupage "New Heights" pack that I bought at Loves Rubberstamps.  LOVE!!!  Not to sound like a commercial, but it was only $4.99 and it includes all the stuff below, plus some extra paper not even shown here:

Materials used

Stash wood veneers & ribbon

Card Instructions

To decoupage this card, I just popped out the image and the image repeats.  I mixed Diamond Glaze with a little water and brushed it on the base, then I used Best Glue Ever as if it were a silicone glue, because it  is not runny so it dries in a nice ball if you want it to, and I attached the second figure raised by the glue.  Then I pasted a coat of Diamond Glaze over this.  Repeat.  It is super fast and easy. Actually quicker for me than coloring and stamping.  Decoupage is fun!

Thanks for joining us in our Loves Rubber Stamps Sensational Sunday Blog Hop and please head over to your next stop - Indah Permatasari!

And thank you for leaving comments.....I so enjoy reading all them.

From the Heart Stamps Digi Image Easter Bunny
Whimsy Corner Die
Copics

Loves Rubber Stamps - Challenge 93 Anything Goes

Well, today is a new Challenge at Loves Rubber Stamps....

Challenge 93 is a favorite - ANYTHING GOES! Even more fun we are sponsored by Scrappers Delight and they are donating the prize to the lucky challenge winner.

Scrappers Delight also generously provided us with this image to work with.  I know she is supposed to be a Super Hero but for some reason I could not get the "metal" and "robot" theme out of my head.  So she is a robotic Super hero! LOL! The beautiful paper is called mirrored reflective cardstock from Paper Temptress.

Here is today's card:

I was very pleased with how the coloring came out. A hard part for me to learn has been that I have to go a lot darker with my copics for photographs than I would normally use for a card that would only be viewed in person, but if I use too light a hand in coloring then the definition doesn't show up !

Thanks for peeking and be sure to check out the other design team members blogs - you are sure to be inspired!

Just a little "shout out" to my bloggy friend Nicole for this adorable stamp set I won on her blog and received it recently.  It is from Close To My Heart and is called "Whooo loves you". I can't wait to ink it up....it is super cute. Thanks Nicole!

Flat Friends - March 1 Challenge "For the Boys"

Good Morning crafty friends! Its the new monthly challenge for Flat Friends - and it is a fun one, because "A Guy Card" is a chance to get crazy, ok well maybe not crazy, but at least something different from our usual girly cards.  Don't forget the new rules at Flat Friends allows you to use Any Image you would like, so join in on the fun!

For my card today I went straight for one of Flat Friends new Digi Stamps.  You can purchase this little guy at the Flat Friends ETSY Store here.

I used the adorable Bo Bunny Transportation Designer Paper and the MFT Dienamics pierced rectangle stax dies. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and  I colored him with Copics and I used Silver Candie dots as accents as well as the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots emboss folder for the border.

Hope you enjoyed this card as much as I enjoyed making it and be sure to check out the other designers at Flat Friends, they are sure to inspire you!  Join in on this fun Challenge!
