I have been card making and paper crafting for about a year. But I also love fabric and fabric swaps; quilting; sewing with Ottobre patterns for kids and other Euro styles --like my daughter's outfit in the photo below :-). The most fun is when I can combine paper crafts with sewing.
We live in Sunny California and Ive been a stay at home mom for 5 years, ecstatic to leave behind my 10 years working as an attorney. We have 3 kids and 2 pit bulls, Im a huge proponent of adopting shelter dogs - they are the sweetest dogs and will be your loyal friend for life.
The phrase "smile at the future" is from Proverbs 31:25 about the capable wife. The whole verse reads "strength and dignity are her clothing and she smiles at the future". I love this description about how the capable wife manages the house and family. With God at my side I would love to be able to do even some of the things the capable wife does.
