Kids Summer Challenge

Its Simon Says Stamp Kids Challenge....so what does that mean?  My 8 year old, her best friend, and my 10 year old in the stamps, ink and cardstock having some fun.  Here is what they created, I think its awesome don't you?

Meow!

I wanted to keep things simple with this little cat.  I don't color animals often so it was a little tricky to get the fur....I definitely want to practice more animals.

This card was FUN to make.  I wanted to keep the colors simple for a boy and I loved playing with the black/gray colors.  Definitely have to put that on my to do list to try again.

Heart Girl

This little stamp is from Flat Friends and I love how quickly this card came together.  Sometimes even the simplest card takes forever, but this little one was quick and fun.  I really enjoy clean and simple cards with bright colors, so this was up my alley.

Ginger Girl - (Red Hair)

This card was inspired by Psalm 118: 24   - This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!

I have been playing around trying to find a red hair combination I like and can do and finally came up with this which Im pretty happy with.  I chose the bright yellow & purple because they make me happy!
