Today I was inspired to create a card using my Wild Orchid roses. Love them!

Word Art Wednesday - Psalm 73:28







Happy Wednesday everyone! Today's verse over at Word Art Wednesday is from Psalms.

I hope you will play along with us - it is very simple "anything goes"... just create an uplifting and positive card and post it at Word Art Wednesday challenges.  You can use this week's verse below, but it is not required.  The challenge this week is sponsored in part by Paper Temptress, an awesome store for Cardstock & Papers.  They sell Cryogen, which is what I used on today's card for the beautiful die cut and the scripture.  You should definitely check it out.

To make my card today I used the Cryogen paper from Paper Temptress and made a lacey square die cut using Spellbinders die.  I also used the Cryogen for the scripture and backed it on another oval.  The cardstock on the base is slate from Stamping up.  The butterfly is from my Recollections at Michaels.

Loves Rubber Stamps - Challenge 100 Fancy Folds





Good Afternoon stamping friends!  Sorry this is a tad late today, but I thought I had scheduled it to post, but I guess not! 

Today is Tuesday which means a new Challenge 100 at Loves Rubber Stamps. The theme is Fancy Folds and there are some awesome prizes up for grabs!

To make today's project I decided I wanted to make something functional and make a pretty little post it note holder for my desk.  There are lots of different easel card post it note tutorials...but I used this one from Eva over at The Greeting Farm.

Loves Rubber Stamps - Challenge 98 Spring




Good Morning stamping friends!  

 Today is Tuesday which means a new Challenge 98 at Loves Rubber Stamps. The theme is Easter or Spring and there are some awesome prizes up for grabs from QKR Stampeded and All Dressed Up so be sure to join us in this challenge!

To make today's card I got out my new rain stencils from Prima Marketing and colored onto gray cardstock using two types of blue ink from Memento...a little lighter on the top.  I colored my image from All Dressed Up and paper pieced her umbrella with some Japanese rice paper in my stash from my Mom (thanks Mom!).  After cutting the image with the Circle Die, I left the die in and lightly sponged around the inner circle with two types of yellow ink from Memento. I used the MFT Friends die for the background and some blue cardstock to accent.

Today I was inspired to create a card using  a new rubber stamp from The Greeting Farm stamp collection.  The stamp I used is from the Miss Anya Collection.  My papers are actually NOT from Doodlebug this week (for a first in a long time!) ...these are Echo Park Summer Bliss and the blue background paper is Michaels.  Thanks for peeking!

~Just Because~ Art By Miran


It's been a long while since I made a card for no reason, just because. Today I created this card. It was fun to color, but I struggle on the layout as always! LOL!!  This beautiful stamp is from Art by Miran, you can find her beautiful images at Art By Miran.  The sentiment says "You Make a Difference in My Life" and it is from Whimsy.
